I came to Conway Imports Auto Sales after thinking about it for a while, but i decided to come in and I am glad I did! My sales representative is Marco and I cannot express how grateful I am to work with this gentleman! He is very knowledgeable and polite with his work! If you're looking for a quick and easy, no pressure process in buying a new vehicle, this is the place to go! We worked with Adolfo C. and he was very nice and professional, answered all of our questions and made the process super easy for us. I highly recommend asking for him when you call or stop in!

Worked with Alex to buy a Macan from out of state. Process was smooth, vehicle matched online listing details, they refreshed it so it was good to go for a long drive back home. Also a BBB accredited business with a good rating, which was a big plus in determining to take the leap of faith to fly in and look at the vehicle and move forward with the purchase. I had a great experience and highly recommend Alex and Conway Imports.

If you're in the market for a used vehicle, this has to be you first stop!We needed a second vehicle ASAP due to change in my wife and I's work schedule. Our original plan was to work on our building our credit and purchasing in a few years but we needed to get a vehicle now so we thought something preowned and affordable for now.I walked in and immediately was greeted with genuine smiles, not a "sales person" smile. Adolfo was amazing. He made us feel comfortable and took his time. When I say "took his time" I mean he really took his time. He got to know us and what we were looking for. Worked with our budget. The whole works. Never trying to upgrade or push us. When we found a vehicle we liked, he worked with us to get numbers. I mean he really took his time and worked with us. Our credit is less than perfect, in fact, I am in the middle of consolidation and repair. But, Adolfo and Sebastian kept trying. Never judging, which is always my biggest fear.After the visit, I was sold BUT I couldn't make a decision without my wife. Not once did Adolfo pressure me into anything. My wife is a nurse so her schedule is always changing and nothing is guaranteed so our plan was to come back on her day off. Adolfo was more than ok with that. Luckily, last minute, my wife was able to get off earlier than expected and we called Adolfo to see if we could come in that same day. I believe he was already off but he stayed just so my wife can take a look. In previous experiences at other dealerships, they would not work around our schedule like that. They would always schedule another day but never understood my wifes schedule. Adolfo at Conway did understand. After showing my wife the vehicle, we decided to purchase. She immediately felt the genuine care that EVERYONE there had. You just get a great vibe. After it was all said and done, we were able to drive away with a vehicle we were comfortable and confident with.Thank you Adolfo, Sebastian, and the Conway team. You guys are amazing and I would not purchase preowned anywhere else. Thank you thank you thank you.
